Ray Bushfield is a partner with Laidy and Ray Consulting Incorporated. He has over twenty years of experience in the training and development industry working with leader teams to facilitate growth and change. His clients range from Fortune 500 companies to locally owned and operated businesses.
Ray's experience includes the automotive, mining, service, retail, refining, manufacturing and government sectors. His primary focus with Laidy and Ray Consulting Inc. includes facilitation of programs, strategic planning, mentoring leaders and assisting with design of module content.
Ray supports the community through volunteering. He is a certified Level 3 Coach with the Canadian Coaching Association, was the chair of the Memorial Invitational Golf Tournament, a director of the Chamber of Commerce and the chair of the 2007 Ontario Junior Curling Championships. He is a past president of the Rotary Club and board member of Family and Children Services (Children's Aid Society). Ray is currently the Vice President of the Brockville Country Club and volunteers with YMCA Ontario and YMCA Brockville.
